Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A $75.00 booking fees applies to ALL cancelled bookings.
Low Season –
To secure a reservation, a deposit of one night’s accommodation or 1/3 of the total booking whichever is the greater at the time of booking.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will not be refunded the deposit.
High Season –
To secure a reservation, a deposit of one night’s accommodation or 1/3 of the total booking whichever is the greater at the time of booking.
If cancelling with more than 30 days notice, the deposit will be refunded less $75 administration fee.
If cancelling with less than 30 days notice, the deposit will be forfeited. |
